Everything went according to plan when ItalianCernusco (4-0) outplayed Romanian Amicii (0-4) 114-21 on Friday. The game without a history. Cernusco led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Amicii to just 3 points in second quarter and to 8 points in second half. Cernusco held Amicii to an opponent 23.8 percent shooting from the field compared to 54.2 percent accuracy of the winners and had 20 for 29 from the free-throw line, while Amicii only scored one point from the stripe. Cernusco forced 56 Amicii turnovers and outrebounded them 42-25 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Cernusco looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Amicii 's players. It was an exceptional evening for who led the winners and scored 29 points and 6 steals. accounted for 17 points for the winning side. Andrei Talian came up with 6 points and 9 rebounds and Eduard Brinzaru added 6 points respectively for Amicii in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
